All learning starts with our sense of who we are.  The study of the body in movement is the easiest path into that kind of understanding.

What does that mean?

It means that if you're studying the piano, you need to be able to know exactly what to pay attention to at any given moment.  Injury comes from putting that attention in the wrong place habitually and repeatedly.  Through the right method, we can awaken our ability to attend to those parts of ourself that we need the most.

Are you damaged from improper playing?  Have you lost your ease and sense of joy?  It may be time for more in-depth body work.

Adam is a 20 year veteran Feldenkrais Practitioner.  Through a combination of deep observation and access to table-work, we can get you back to where you were, and even go beyond what you thought was possible!

Individual sessions, classes, and presentations are available.
